No messy putty impressions. The iTero Element scanner captures a precise 3D model of your teeth in under five minutes. ClinCheck software then generates a complete simulation of your tooth movements and the predicted end result — you approve the plan before a single aligner is ordered.
Your approved ClinCheck plan is sent to Align Technology's manufacturing facility. Using your precise digital scan, each aligner in the series is cut from SmartTrack clear plastic to an exact specification. Your full set of aligners is delivered to Pro Estetik within 3–4 weeks and couriered to you anywhere in the world.
Each aligner is worn for 20–22 hours per day for 1–2 weeks, then replaced with the next in the series. You progress through the trays at home — progress photos are shared with Dr. Bilgin at regular intervals so he can monitor your case remotely. Refinement trays are available if needed mid-treatment.
Once all aligners are complete, teeth are in their planned final position. A Vivera retainer (made by Invisalign) or a fixed lingual wire is fitted to hold your result permanently. Gaps between teeth (diastema) can be closed with Invisalign by gently moving adjacent teeth into the space. Single front-tooth gaps as well as multiple spacing issues across the arch can be addressed.
